Launchpad Child Development Centre is a place where families come together to grow, learn and connect.
We believe in the power of small groups, so our parent-coaching programmes stay close-knit, personal and focused on real progress. For children who need more tailored support, we also offer premium individual speech-language, literacy and parent-coaching services.
All standard sessions take place at our Launchpad clinic in Oamaru, where our team is ready to welcome you.

Launchpad provides a child-centred environment led by an experienced Speech-Language Therapist who is fully First Aid certified. Every child is welcomed with warmth, patience and care, right from the first visit.
Groups stay
small
Term parent-coaching groups are limited to a maximum of five families. Holiday cohorts are limited to four or five children. This means more individual attention, and more room for real connection.
In-clinic support
in Oamaru
All our programmes, screenings, assessments, therapy and coaching sessions take place at our welcoming clinic, 22 Wear Street, Oamaru. Off-site visits, like home, school or ECE observations, can be arranged by agreement, with travel fees may apply.

We keep our groups small on purpose: term programmes welcome up to five families, and holiday programmes up to four or five children. This means every family gets real attention and connection. Since places fill quickly once a cohort is ready, we'd love for you to register early to secure your spot.

Build the early communication foundations that support your child’s journey towards first words.
Words Take Flight:
Help your toddler grow their vocabulary and use words more confidently in everyday life.
